Terms & conditions
The terms on which you buy from us — written to be as clear and fair as we can make them.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Little Copper Garden, a store operated by Evergreen Goods Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 4 June 2026.
1. Who we are
Little Copper Garden is a copper-tape store operated by Evergreen Goods Ltd, a UK-registered company at Unit 4-5, TORC MK, Chippenham Drive, Kingston, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK10 0BZ. You can contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page.
2. Ordering and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced — we will let you know and refund any payment taken for that item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order; see our delivery & returns page. We take reasonable care to price products correctly, but if we discover an error in the price of items you've ordered we'll contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price. Payment is taken through a secure, hosted checkout and payment service; no card details are entered or stored on this website.
4. Delivery
We dispatch from the UK and deliver to UK (GB) addresses. Estimated dispatch and delivery times and carriers are set out on our delivery & returns page. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Your right to cancel (cooling-off)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and you then have a further 14 days to return them. To cancel, email us at [email protected] before returning anything. Returned items must be unused and in good, re-sellable condition, and you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Part-used rolls cannot be returned where they cannot be re-sold as new. Full details, including our policy for damaged or faulty items, are on the delivery & returns page.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you — see delivery & returns.
7. Product descriptions
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Roll widths and lengths are given as stated on each product page; minor variations in the natural finish of copper foil are normal and not a fault. Product images are illustrative.
8. Use of the products
Our copper tape is sold for low-voltage, craft, garden and general use. It is your responsibility to use it safely and appropriately — in particular, electrical and shielding work should be carried out by someone competent to do so, and copper tape must not be used for mains or other high-voltage applications.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. The content of this site (text, images, branding and layout) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you use the products for any commercial purpose. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supply shortages. If such an event affects your order we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a refund.
12. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect and why.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it. Any changes will appear here with a revised "last updated" date.
14. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England & Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live.
15. How to contact us
