Every Little Copper Garden order is dispatched from the UK and priced in GBP including tax. This page covers our delivery options and timings, and how returns, refunds and damaged items are handled.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You'll complete payment and receive your order confirmation through our secure hosted checkout.

In short: order before 2pm on a weekday and it usually ships the same day; otherwise the next working day.

How much is UK delivery, and how long does it take?

We offer standard and express UK delivery to UK (GB) addresses, sent via Royal Mail and DHL depending on the size of your order. Your delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and run from dispatch. Because copper tape is light and posts easily, most orders go by a tracked letter or small-parcel service.

In short: standard delivery takes 2–5 working days and express 1–2; your exact cost is shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it if you've changed your mind or it isn't suitable. Items must come back unused and in good, re-sellable condition, and you're responsible for the cost of return postage. Part-used rolls can't be returned, so please email us first at [email protected] before sending anything back and we'll confirm how to proceed.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is unused and re-sellable, we'll refund you to your original payment method as soon as possible — and always within 14 days of receiving the return, in line with UK consumer law. We don't refund the original or return postage on change-of-mind returns. If an item arrived damaged or faulty, see below — you won't be out of pocket.

In short: approved returns are refunded to your original payment method; change-of-mind postage isn't refunded.

My order arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?

Email us at [email protected] and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Where helpful we may ask for a photo; otherwise we'll arrange a free replacement and reimburse any return postage.

In short: email us about any damaged or faulty roll and we'll send a free replacement — you won't pay return postage.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Little Copper Garden is focused on UK (GB) customers. If an international order is arranged, it may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees charged by the destination country's customs authority — these are not collected at the point of purchase and are the recipient's responsibility.
